Roland de la Tullaye  - founder
Compliance - AML/FT - Sustainable Finance

Roland is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience in the financial markets and in funds and wealth management. He has worked within international groups in Europe and Asia, and has:

  • Managed compliance, control and regulatory transformation programs

  • Led transversal projects involving the transformation of internal control activities

  • Served as the company and corporate secretary

  • Acted as a director of the board for a large investment fund in Luxembourg and as a branch manager in Belgium

  • Provided lectures for future chief compliance officers, organized by the French regulator, and for the law master degree of the University of Toulouse

  • Taught compliance for the executive master of Paris Dauphine University, sustainable finance for the master 2 innovation and technologies of Sorbonne University, and AML as a guest lecturer at York University

Roland holds a law master degree from the University of Louvain in Belgium and has studied finance and accounting with the CNAM in Paris.

He has been an AMF approved CCO in France in brokerage, fund and wealth management, and is also a certified chief compliance officer in Canada.

Transformation - ESG and Sustainable Finance Expert

Laura has more than 10 years of experience in Transformation and Sustainable Development consulting.


Laura has worked for PWC, Deloitte and Stanwell Consulting. She advises and assists professionals in post-merger integration, sustainable mobility, digital responsability, awareness of climate change and training in sustainable development.  


Laura is also a trainer of approved facilitators within the framework of the Climate Fresk (La fresque du climat) in Paris and Madrid.

Laura is a graduate in Law from the Panthéon Sorbonne and Panthéon Assas universities as well as in engineering and  international business strategy from Essec Business School.

Elisabeth Fichter 
Compliance management - Training Expert

Elisabeth has over 15 years' experience in compliance with group responsibilities from France.

Her career path has led her to :
Managing the Compliance function (RCSI and RCCI)

Implementing the compliance, control and regulatory transformation programme 
Managing cross-functional projects and the transformation of internal control activities
Be responsible for compliance for two groups.

Elisabeth works on delegated controls for a French regulator, and has been a visiting lecturer at Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne University since 2023 on sustainable finance topics. 

She is in charge of the "sustainable finance" professional certificate being created at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.

Elisabeth has a law degree from the University of Nanterre and a management degree from SciencesPo Paris.

Jehan de Buchet - Luxembourg Country Manager
Compliance Expert - Transformation - Remediation

For 25 years, Jehan has built his expertise in compliance and transformation starting with operational finance functions (credit analysis, back office agent, financial advisor).


For the past 20 years, Jehan has held positions in audit and compliance with multiple regulated entities active in the banking and payment world (BNP Paribas, BOC, CCB, RCB-VTB, GPB) as well as in the management of alternative funds (CVC, RCB and BOC's domiciliary activity).


Based in Luxembourg, Jehan also covers Germany and Belgium where he has had the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, Asia (BoC, CCB), Central Europe (RCB-VTB, GPB), and Anglo-Saxon (EY, CVC).

Jehan holds degrees in Banking and Insurance from IPAG Business School and in Finance from HEC.

Eric Terme
Middle and Back office expert

Eric is expert in Asset Management Transformation and  Target Operating Model Design. He has advised many large asset managers on their outsourcing strategy for the middle and back office. He also has designed and built a Portfolio Management System from scratch (Decalog) sold to Sungard and now to Neoxam.

Eric past engagments have covered: 

For a large multinational Bank

Set- up the fund administration subsidiary in Luxembourg and managed the business, and ran the business as CEO.


For a large custodian bank

Transition Manager as part of  the acquisition of an Invesement Manager MO & BO. In charge of ensuring a smooth transfer of the activities. Coordination of the different teams: Fund Accounting, MOs, IT, RH, Premises, Regulatory.


For a large insurance company

Analysis of the current organization and activities. Defining a target operating model. First implementing a new FO/MO IT platform. Then detailed analysis of there scope of MO and BO activities to be outsourced. Finally outsourcing of the selected activities: RFP, new processes, SLA

For an Asian Insurance company

Analysis of the current organization and activities, the local specificities. Assessing the gaps with the target operating model needed to optimize the use of the new fund accounting platform. Explaining the changes: rational, path to implementation

Hortense de Sèze

Hortense has been with NORALP since its launch in 2020.


With a degree in social sciences, she is responsible for communication, sales and follow-up of training courses and learners.

Samuel Huyet - Blau
Risk and modeling expert - Head of pedagogy

Samuel is a skilled professional with 10 years of experience in risk control, mathematical modeling and teaching.

He is a lecturer of financial mathematics at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.

He also works for the Ministry of Health, developing the Mathematics Braille language and creating computer platforms for teaching visually impaired people.

He has worked in London and Paris in finance and insurance, in risk departments.

He holds a master’s degree in Actuarial Science from Paris Dauphine University, and a Master of Science from City University of Hong Kong.

He is proficient in computer languages such as LaTeX, Python, R, Excel, C / C ++, Matlab, SAS, VBA.

For legal issues relating to service providers approvals, we work with Florence.


Florence is lawyer in business law and litigation with a background in France and Luxembourg in banking law and in civil law.

Since 2019 she is predominantly involved in projects related to payment and electronic money institutions.

She has practical expertise of European (PSD1 and PSD2 ; SEPA regulation) for several Financial Institutions in France and Luxembourg.

She is graduated from Paris – Sorbonne and Nanterre universities.

Florence graduated from the universities of Paris - Sorbonne and Nanterre. She is registered with the Luxembourg Bar.
